Any ways to make my dirtbike faster and more powerful? ?

I have a 1988 Honda xr100 I know it's a four stroke, but is there any way to make it faster and/or more powerful? I want it to keep up with my 2 strokes. Also is there any way to give it a more powerful sound? Everything is stock. Thanks
