one thing you might try. i am just like that, im like the slowest 100m at track. one thing that helped alot was i ran with a weight vest on. and another, when you practice, run 150m because thiers a things called like finish line syndrome where you start slowing down right before the finish line. and if you practice 150m than when your at a meet, your used to running full speed for longer than the race, just be sure to not slow before the finish line.
