I am 26 yr old and weigh 305lbs. I only eat 3 meals a day no sweets just healthy food. I can't seam to shead a lb. I'm 5foot 7 and I got called a very harsh name couple wks ago.can someone help me come up with a great 100% succesful way to loose weight without killing myself or having a heat stroke. I need help asap. I'm sick of my fat body
