so i just started my swimming lessons ( i've only had 2 so far) and my teacher taught me to do the breast stroke first. He keeps telling me not to whip my legs but to slowly kick them and relax them, but whenever i do that, i barely move, but when i whip/kick em back i do move (not very fast though since i just started). So can any1 tell me the proper technique for b stroke. also should i take a breath every 2 or 1 strokes? thx
