My mta1 pocket rocket keeps cutting out when im riding?

my mta1 pocket rocket keeps cutting out when im riding and i put a new spark plug with a .026 gap and i use 25:1 with high performance lucas 2 stroke oil.whats wrong? maybe adjust carburator HOW?
