The Mystery of the Yawning Cat...?

Sounds like an Agatha Christie novel, doesn't it? But I am just curious - whenever I walk across to my cats and give them a stroke, they always immediately yawn. Every single time. Does your cat do this? And why do you think they do this? (I know yawning can be a sign of boredom, and I hope this isn't the case in this case!)
