Was Hilary Duff anything like Miley Cyrus when she was a Disney star?
Everyone knows that Hilary came first on Disney as Lizzie Mcguire. I was thinking about all the tabloids about Miley and her drama. Was it the same when Hilary was on TV? I know Hilary is much better than Miley but was she ever like Miley with all the drama, paparazzi, drinking and smoking?
