Should the human rights of bigots be removed?

Politics is about giving a voice to the vulnerable, the disadvantaged, the law abiding but culturely different (those who aren't are an issue for a different department) but those who would uncivilisedly remove the rights of others should be educated to become civilised or capitalists are to ignore them, your views?
