Why do atheists act this way?

Seriously, a Christian asks a general question, not concerning OR bashing atheists and atheists have to bash the Christian? Where's the sense in that? Yeah, some Christians are mean towards atheists, but not all Christians are. Can't we all be civilized and respect each other for our beliefs? Even if we are radicals? If a Christian bashes atheists, then go ahead and bash back. So be it. What comes around goes around. If a Christian asks a non-bashing question, either don't answer or just offer insight.
