What is going on with Ali and Roberto from the Bachelor?

I have been reading how she is having all of these serious injuries every other week. I haven't heard nothing about a wedding lately. What is going on is she just doing this for attention or are their domestic going on. Remember the the other girl name Mary I believe that was with the guy that fish she was beating him up and he finally had her arrested.. I think if Ali was someone else the tabloids would be talking. What do you think is going on, she exercise alot so why so many of this, she was kickboxing ( who was she kickboxing because it sounds like someone had to kick her ). If I was her parents I would check into this.
