Why don't these sex scandal hookers in the tabloids get arrested for prostitution?

You see it on a weekly basis, some whore on the front page of a newspaper spilling the beans on her latest exploits (usually some overpaid footballer). They seem to be laughing in the face of the law while getting a tidy sum for their 'story'.
