How come my Dell Laptop Beeps with every key stroke?

Hi, i have a Dell Vostro 1510 (laptop). Ever since the first day i got this laptop, it beeps everytime i press a key. Its not because another key is pressed down, ive checked for that already. Its an identical beep and it comes from the speakers. I already tried right clicking My Computer and going to hidden devices and disabling "beep" , and i also tried going to accesibility and unchecking "beep when keys pressed down." BUT NOTHING IS WORKING. Im reall going crazy about this. I turned my computer on and off once to see if that would help but nothing! Please Please Help!...P.S ive had this laptop for about a year and it has been beeping since i first go it, its a Dell Vostro 1510
