How much does caffeine affect heartbeats AND blood pressure?

Caffeine is a stimulant so it increases heart rate and BP. That is a high reading but not stroke high. Those blood pressure machines aren't always accurate, but since you confirmed with another machine it very well may be that high. If your heart rate is greater than 100 when you are at rest or your BP gets even higher then go to the doctor.
