Is this a toxic work environment?

Oooooohhhh , no no no. That is bad. Bad I have seen many working enviroments like this. Best thing to do is just keep working try to get along with everyone, mind your own buisness. But if they push you to an extent just get out. The thing is that's hard to do for most because of the economic reasons. Good luck. Be careful there.
