Would a National health care system B the best Choice to replace Med Care for our Future?

The American population's is only going to grow , We got to get a system to cover all , So we can compete in the world markets with other civilized nations. Why not set up a national sale tax, for this purpose only, Govt should have no other more important issue, than the health of it own citizens.
