Actually the middle east is a region of the world still around to this day. As for how a man can rape a woman in this day and age, it sucks being a man who's balls are screaming at him to **** something. Fortunately for women, the vast majority of men have either enough control, find a way to either pay or seduce a woman for sex, or have no desire to be with anyone sexually speaking. It doesn't cover everyone though.
